npCalc for Android open-sourced

The “Battle Calculator” is now GPL, and hosted at Google Code.

The app is fairly simple and might be a decent starting point for other apps, or as a tutorial for new developers.

If you want to contribute to the npCalc project with either code or graphics, contact me.

    Hi,

    I’ve found that the Android calculator (not the web one) has a bug in at least one of the calculations. If you chose how many to win, Attacker WS: 4, Defender ships: 20: Defender WS: 2 it comes back with 15 ships required, the correct answer is 16.

    I don’t have time to go through the source just now but I thought you might like to know about the problem.
